Chris (sworn in as a lawyer in February 2012) primarily practices labour law, liability law and administrative law. He acts for larger and smaller (maritime) employers. He litigates and negotiates disputes in the areas of labour law, contract law and administrative law. He advises on the drafting and amending of agreements, including labour agreements and agreements with independent contractors.

Chris has over ten years of experience handling claims for damages (including personal injury cases). He also knows the world of public services well. During his public administration and law studies he worked in various positions at local counsel and state level. He was involved in various legislative processes.

Chris Schmidt is a member of the Association of the Rotterdam Employment Lawyers (VRAA).
